I must say in the last year planning, building and finishing the project have not only been a rewarding experience with the newness team - must applaud the efforts of Rajat and Kaushal for meeting our goal for the project. Availability for site visits, flexibility with the choice of materials, and multiple deliberations on the practical aspects of the post-execution process we’re managed by the newness team with ease and a lot of patience. There were lots of small things that were done consistently by the design team in dealing with the vendors and execution team for which I can’t praise them enough. I must say I’m very impressed by this young and dynamic team and their endeavor to design our dream for us, deliver exemplary service and defy all odds to finish on Time !!

They exceeded our expectations and gave us the worth of our every penny. The design is minimalist and long lasting with provision of ample light and air in each area. They are good listeners, in the initial drafts of the design we wanted some changes and they incorporated each of them practically and the outcome was astonishing.

I’m very pleased with the work done by the architects at Newness in bringing my new workspace come to life. The project, however small-scale, was carried out with ultimate professionalism. They provided excellent consulting with very realistic timelines. They were considerate of the budgets and moulded drawings without hesitation till I was 100% happy with it. Both Kaushal and Rajat seemed to have strong technical knowledge and solutions to most of the problems given the complicated nature of the site.
